All right, I have always, ALWAYS had problems making .gifs from movies and TV shows using PS CS4 Extended - it hates me every time I try to insert a big movie file straight into it. It has also always pretty much driven me nuts that everyone is saying that editing .gifs in Photoshop is impossible.
