What a Great Day , got up at good ol' 6am to get ready for the Triathlon Champs (teams, can't swim for shizzle). Tim Salita was swimming for us first in 500m, came 4th out of the water, amazing swim too with 5 swimmers who should have beat him, then tagged Nick Jordans who went out for a 15km bike ride, comes in the transitition zone in 2nd place, pressure is on Talor to get the lead in the 2.5km run.
