Not to follow a recent trend on this community, but... I'm subletting my room in a 3 BR apartment for the month of July. It's technically in Medford, but a 10-15 minute walk from Davis Square, off of Warner St. Rent is cheap: $485 each plus utilities, and it's got everything you'd need -- gas stove, coin-op laundry in basement, dishwasher, parking, plenty of space.
