 Я уверен что Киеву не нужно 120 депутатов в Киевсовете. Достаточно чтоб их было человек 25-30 и не абстрактных представителей каких-то партий и блоков, а конкретных людей которых будут знать в лицо. И выборы проводить по мажоритарной системе. Чтобы депутат отвечал за свой округ перед избирателями и люди знали кто их депутат. Тогда депутат будет думать и что-то делать на своем участке,иначе в следующий раз не выберут.
