    After all the red meat consumed at the Classes4Cooks session, Sunday dinner was themed around seafood….enough red meat.   * grin *   For starters, I whipped up some yummy cheesy half shell scallops.   These took all of 10 minutes to prepare, and oh my goodness, I can’t emphasise enough how tasty they were.   I served it as a starter, each person had 3 scallops.   And it was just right….cos they are quite rich, any more and I think it would have been over the top...
