Вот такая история, которой занимаюсь уже месяца два. Дошел до Генеральной прокуратуры. Девушку примерно 20-ти лет обвинили в продаже наркотиков. Покупатель - переодетый сотрудник милиции, было двое свидетелей. Потом обыск в ее доме, подтвержденный двумя понятыми. Посадили в СИЗО, сидит 2,5 года, дала признательные показания. В ходе суда выясняется, что понятых с такими ФИО в Астрахани не проживает вообще. Один из свидетелей в момент контрольной закупки сидел на зоне, другой был в командировке в Калмыкии...
