Hello Friends! Yes, it's true that I've been away for ages, shamefully neglecting the important things like all of you. But I'm back, and hopefully new and improved, although I'm not making any promises. Anyway, I'd been having some pretty serious health problems. I have Graves Disease (hyperthyroidism) and high blood pressure, and for a while I was on medicines that weren't working, at least not together, and I got pretty sick.
