so we start off with our base, and screen it 2 times. one at 100% opacity, the other 50%. it's a little green so we go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance. the adjustments should be +25, -100, 0. this'll just take the green-ish colouring away. next, we add a Hue/Saturation layer. Today we're going to learn how to create an icon that has a soft dreamy look to it. This coloring is simple to achieve and requires only five or six layers to make depending upon brushes and borders.
