I made a little green velvet pillow tonight. D and I relocated an old sewing machine and table from the basement to my room a few weeks ago after cleaning it up and testing various bits. We couldn't test the actual sewing functionality of it, though, as it was missing a bobbin case. Ebay and a few weeks later, I set down with courage, the bobbin case and new bobbins, lining, stuffing, stretch velvet, and D's request to test out the new part soon so she could leave feedback.
